Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India and courts in Delhi, India alone shall have the jurisdiction to decide any and all the dispute or difference arising under this Agreement, to which the parties irrevocably submit.
